Covid-19: Ten Foods That Boost Your Immunity

Since we are going through the pandemic of Covid-19 also known as Coronavirus, I thought it would be very useful to share healthy information that benefits everyone through my blog.
A very renowned nutritionist Dr. Azmat Majid from Pakistan suggests the following foods, which will boost up your immunity against viral infections and diseases.

  1. Yogurt
  2. Garlic – 1 piece (uncooked)
  3. Ginger – Tea with lemon and honey
  4. Zinc – Cashew, Pistachio, Nuts, Fish / Supplements
  5. Vitamin A – Oranges / Apricots / Mangoes
  6. Vitamin D – Sunlight / Egg whites
  7. Clove – 2 pieces daily –(Can be chewed or taken in tea)
  8. Cinnamon – In Tea/Coffee (Helps loose weight if taken at night)
  9. Turmeric – Add in a cup of milk (Depends on the climate of your country)
  10. Dry Olive leaves – As a tea/Qehwa or in powdered form

Light exercise/Yoga / walk – 30 -45 -60 minutes as per your appetite
A Good Night’s Sleep – 8 hours approximately

Avoid: White Sugar / Rice / White Flour / Processed food
